Amanda Krebs Granqvist

Amanda represents clients in disputes pertaining to intellectual property law and marketing law, with a particular focus on patent law. Amanda also has extensive experience from drafting and negotiating license and R&D agreements.

Amanda is also a registered representative before the Unitary Patent Court (UPC).

Prior to joining Sandart & Partners Amanda served as a law clerk at the Stockholm District Court. She has also worked as an associate at another law firm where she dealt mainly with financial law, securities law and general corporate law.

Amanda holds a Swedish LL.M. from Stockholm University and has also studied at the University of Vermont in the United States.

Amanda is listed as a "rising star" for patent litigation in the IAM Patent 1000 guide for 2019, in Managing IP's guide for 2019, 2020 and 2021 and in Legal Media Groups Expert Guide for 2021. She was also one of two Swedish winners of Managing IP's Rising Stars Awards EMEA 2021.
