Julia Ericsson specialises in matters concerning intellectual property, marketing law and dispute resolution.

Julia regularly represent Swedish and international clients in patent infringement and validity proceedings. Her experience covers inter alia cross-border patent litigation covering several jurisdictions, comprehensive copyright and trade secret litigation involving multiple infringement investigations and interim proceedings. She also provide general strategic advice regarding intellectual property and market law matters and advises in regulatory matters (inter alia regarding pharmaceuticals & medical devices). Her clients are e.g. companies in pharma & med tech, the pulp and paper sector, the construction and civil engineering industry, companies specialized in e.g. forest & garden products, manufacturing & machining solutions as well as companies in the software industry.

Julia is also a registered representative before the Unitary Patent Court (UPC).
