Julia has extensive experience of litigation in the intellectual property law and market law fields, in particular regarding patents, trademarks, copyright and trade secrets. She also drafts and negotiates agreements and provides general advice in these fields, inter alia regarding regulatory matters. Clients are e.g. pharma companies, companies in the pulp and paper sector, med tech, e-commerce, the construction industry and the software industry.
