Anders Kylhammar

Anders har stor erfarenhet av affärsjuridiska rättegångar, särskilt avseende varumärken, patent, upphovsrätt och formgivning. Dessutom bistår Anders advokatbyråns klienter med strategisk rådgivning inom dessa rättsområden. Han var tidigare hovrättsassessor i Svea hovrätt och tjänstgjorde som rättssakkunnig på Justitiedepartementets enhet för immaterialrätt. Anders anlitas ofta som föreläsare av bl.a. Lunds universitet och har publicerat flera artiklar och böcker om immaterialrätt.
