Anders Kylhammar

Anders has extensive experience from commercial litigation, with focus on trademarks, patents, copyright and design. Further, Anders provides strategic advice in these fields of law. Before joining Sandart&Partners, he was an Associate Judge at Svea Court of Appeal and a Legal Advisor at the Swedish Ministry of Justice, the Division for IP Law. He lectures at Lund University and has published several articles and books on intellectual property law.
