Peter Sande has vast experience from court proceedings concerning e.g. patents, copyright, trademarks och license agreements. He is a registered representative at the Unitary Patent Court (UPC) and participates on a frequent basis in large-scale pan-European litigations. Peter is often engaged as also in arbitral proceedings and mediations. In addition to being committed to various aspects of dispute resolution, Peter provides strategic advice to inter alia research intense companies and rights-managing organisations.
