Linda Landén is specialised in dispute resolution and has extensive experience in domestic and international arbitration as well as litigation. She regularly acts as counsel in complex commercial disputes and also serves as arbitrator.
Linda has a broad background in areas including M&A and intellectual property and has focused on commercial dispute resolution since 2009. She represents clients in disputes relating to insurance, intellectual property, post-M&A, technology, energy, infrastructure and commercial leases.
Linda also serves as arbitrator in both domestic and international matters. She is a member of ICC Sweden’s Nominations Committee for the appointment of arbitrators in ICC-administered cases and has completed the arbitrator training programme organised by the SCC Arbitration Institute and the Swedish Arbitration Association (SAA).
Furthermore, Linda has particular experience representing energy companies and other companies in the sector in regulatory matters, supervisory proceedings and appeals of administrative decisions before the administrative courts.
Linda also advises clients on commercial contracts, with a particular focus on risk management and dispute prevention.
