Linda Landén is specialised in dispute resolution and has extensive experience in both domestic and international arbitration as well as litigation.
Linda has a broad background in areas including M&A and intellectual property and has focused on commercial dispute resolution since 2009. She has represented clients in disputes such as insurance, intellectual property, post-M&A, technology, commercial leases, energy and infrastructure.
In addition to acting as counsel, Linda also serves as arbitrator and is active in several arbitration organisations, including as a member of ICC Sweden’s Nominations Committee for the appointment of arbitrators in ICC-administered cases.
Linda also has significant experience advising energy companies and other companies in the sector in regulatory matters, supervisory proceedings, and appeals of administrative decisions before the administrative courts.
