Anna Bladh Redzic specialises in dispute resolution, intellectual property law and marketing law. She has over 15 years of experience in disputes concerning patents, trademarks and copyright, and is engaged as counsel in both Swedish and international arbitration proceedings and court disputes. She also has extensive experience in major international arbitration proceedings in areas such as international sales law and sanctions issues, and also acts as an arbitrator.
Anna has completed the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute (SCC) arbitrator training programme and is a registered representative at the Unified Patent Court (UPC), where she regularly represents clients. She also works as a mediator in commercial disputes.
In addition to litigation, Anna works with commercial agreements and provides ongoing advice on intellectual property law, particularly to players in the media and entertainment industry.
With a background as an associate judge at the Svea Court of Appeal, specialising in intellectual property law, and as a judge at both the Patent and Market Court and the Patent and Market Court of Appeal, Anna has a deep understanding of litigation and helping her clients achieve the greatest possible business benefit.
Anna is a standing member of the AIPPI Pharma Committee, a board member of the Swedish Anti-Counterfeit Group and a member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Sweden's Committee for Intellectual Property Rights. She is a frequently sought-after lecturer and has lectured on intellectual property law at Lund University School of Economics and Stockholm University, among others.
She is ranked in IAM Patent (Silver), WTR 1000 (Enforcement and Litigation, Bronze) and IP Stars (Notable Practitioner).
