Amanda Krebs Granqvist represents clients in disputes, agreement negotiations and with general advice in relation to intellectual property law and marketing law.
Amanda has particular experience from patent litigation after having represented clients in patent disputes within a broad range of sectors in both national court and in the unified patent court but also after having served as a law clerk at the Stockholm District Court with a particular focus on intellectual property law.
Further, Amanda has vast experience from drafting and negotiating different types of intellectual property law related agreements such as license agreements, transfer agreements, RD agreements and joint development agreements, involving both industry parties and academia. Her experience is gained from her work as an attorney but also from having worked as an in-house lawyer focusing on intellectual property law.
Amanda has been ranked as a rising star in numerous guides such as IAM Patent 1000, Managing IP and Legal Media Groups Expert Guide.
