
Emma Sandler is specialized in commercial dispute resolution and in advising within marketing and intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark law, copyright, design law and protection of trade secrets. She also works with data protection. She represents clients in various disputes and matters in courts, at regulatory and registration authorities and with NGOs such as the Swedish Advertising Ombudsman.
Emma also lectures and advices businesses regarding different matters relating to her specialist fields, for example regarding price information, trade dresses and marketing campaigns.
Emma has got a background in the courts, as she worked as a law clerk at the Stockholm District Court/Patent and Market Court thereafter as a reporting clerk at the Svea Court of Appeal/Patent and Market Court. She studied law at Uppsala University and received her degree in 2016. She has also studied intellectual property law at St. John’s University in New York.
