Dan Eklöf

DAN EKLÖF

Dan Eklöf has an academic background. In 2004 his doctoral thesis was submitted before the Faculty of Law, Stockholm University. Subsequently, Dan has been a visiting scholar to Yale Law School and the University of Oxford. In the IP field, the focus is on providing advice and dispute resolution in matters related to copyright law. In Competition law, his main task is dispute resolution and giving advice with respect to the prohibition of abuse of a dominant position.

Dan has special expertise in European Union law, in particular its implications for Intellectual Property and Competition law. In 2008, he was appointed Associate Professor (Docent) in European Law at Stockholm University.
