Elin Lindh specialises in dispute resolution, intellectual property law and marketing law

Elin primarily works with dispute resolution with particular expertise as legal counsel in the Patent and Market Courts. She also has experience as counsel in contractual disputes and in international arbitrations.

In addition to her role as legal counsel in dispute resolution, Elin acts as a legal adviser to both Swedish and international clients, predominantly in the areas of intellectual property and marketing law.

Elin also holds the position of Secretary for the Swedish Copyright Society (SFU).
