Björn Holmgren represents clients in litigation in the areas of intellectual property law and market law, with a particular focus on patents and copyright. Björn has experience in disputes both at national courts and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
Björn also assists clients in various industries with ongoing advisory services on contracts and intellectual property law. He has also been regularly hired as a lecturer in marketing law. Prior to joining Sandart & Partners, Björn served as a law clerk at Södertörn District Court and obtained a law degree at Uppsala University. He has also studied at Queen’s University in Canada.
