Anna Bladh Redzic specialises in intellectual property law, protection of trade secrets and dispute resolution. Anna has extensive experience from commercial litigations concerning e.g. patents, copyright and trademarks and acts regularly as counsel in both domestic and international arbitrations. She also works with commercial agreements and gives advice on a regular basis on intellectual property law.
She works with clients from various industries, such as IT, media, and Life Sciences. Anna is also retained as mediator in commercial disputes.
Before joining Sandart, Anna worked as Associate Judge at the Svea Court of Appeal in Stockholm (now the Patent and Market Court of Appeal), and was specialized in intellectual property law. She has adjudicated many patent, trademark and copyright cases apart from general commercial disputes.
Anna is a member of the AIPPI Pharma Committé, board member of the Swedish Anti-Counter Feit Group(SACG) and member of the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC) Sweden Committé for Intellectual Property.
