Anders Kylhammar specialises in dispute resolution and business law, with particular focus on intellectual property, advertising law and protection of trade secrets. He has extensive experience from strategic advice and litigation concerning trade marks, copyright, designs, patents and unfair commercial practices. Anders lectures at inter alia the Faculty of Law at Lund University. He has published several articles and books on intellectual property law.

Before joining Sandart & Partners, Anders was an Associate Judge at Svea Court of Appeal in Stockholm. He was also a legal adviser at the Swedish Ministry of Justice / Division for Intellectual Property Law. In addition, Anders has served as an expert in several Swedish legislative committees, inter alia the Legislative Committee on Criminal Copyright and Trade Mark Infringements (SOU 2018:16).
