Stina Isaksson primarily works with commercial disputes, representing clients in both international and domestic arbitration proceedings as well as court proceedings.
Stina has experience in disputes across a wide range of industries and legal areas, including contract law, insurance law, intellectual property law, and tenancy law. She advises clients at all stages of a dispute and has extensive experience with enforcement measures and matters related to private international law. In addition to her work in dispute resolution, Stina provides ongoing legal advice to clients primarily in the areas of marketing law and intellectual property, but also on data protection and regulatory matters.
