Peter Sande has extensive experience in disputes concerning patents, copyright, trademarks and licence agreements. He is a registered UPC representative and works regularly with foreign colleagues in major pan-European disputes.

Peter has represented clients in several cases before the Supreme Court. He has also represented parties before the European Court of Justice and has been lead representative in several cases concerning standard-essential patents and FRAND issues. Peter is also a frequent representative in arbitration and mediation proceedings. In addition to dispute resolution, he provides strategic advice to research-intensive companies and rights management organisations, among others. He is a highly regarded lecturer.

Peter regularly represents multinational and Swedish players in, for example, the pharmaceutical, telecommunications and automotive industries.
