David Carell specialises in dispute resolution and intellectual property law, with experience of litigation in civil courts, the Patent and Market courts and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
David’s intellectual property practice focuses on patents, and he has worked with companies in a variety of sectors including the automotive, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries. David has also acted as counsel in SEP/FRAND litigation.
David also provides counsel and assists clients with drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly within the field of intellectual property law.
