Amanda Ghanbari Lundberg works primarily with intellectual property law, commercial contracts and dispute resolution. She advises and represents clients primarily in the creative and technology sectors, including music, art, literature, IT and media.
Amanda specialises in copyright. She has experience in drafting and negotiating licensing and assignment agreements and represents clients in copyright disputes. She has particular expertise in copyright issues relating to artificial intelligence and is regularly engaged as an expert and speaker on the subject.
Before joining Sandart during fall 2024, Amanda worked as Legal Counsel at the Association of Swedish Illustrators and Graphic Designers (Svenska Tecknare), where she gained experience in matters concerning the collective management of rights. She has also provided strategic and legal support in connection with legislative matters in the field of copyright.
Amanda also works with dispute resolution and advises clients in other areas of law, such as data protection and the protection of trade secrets.
